Ever wondered what a typical day looks like for us at Sheridan Fencing when we're installing fencing? Let's take you through it!

Morning Routine (7:30 AM - 8:45 AM)

7:30 AM: We kick off the day by gathering at the yard, preparing for the day's installation work.
8:10 - 8:45 AM: Loaded up and ready, we hit the road to the job site, aiming to arrive between 8:10 to 8:45 AM.

Getting Started (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)

9:00 - 9:30 AM: Upon arrival, we greet the homeowner with a "good morning" and jump right into the day's tasks. The first order of business is taking down the old fencing by 9.30am, then to the new fence, both end post will be installed, line between the two post attached and we are away.

Tea Break (10:30 AM)

10:30 AM: It's tea time! A well-deserved break for a cup of tea, (with milk and two sugars please)– our secret to staying energized.

Midday Progress (12:00 PM)

12:00 PM: By lunchtime, progress is in full swing. Both end posts are typically installed, and for panel installations, four should be up. If it's closeboarding, all posts and harris rails are in place.

Post-Lunch Tasks (After Lunch)

After Lunch: The afternoon is dedicated to completing the installation. We install the remaining panels and, for closeboarding, begin the boarding-out process.

Finishing Touches and Cleanup

Final Steps: With all panels securely in place, it's time to concrete all posts, tidy up the site, and remove the old fencing onto our truck.

Job Completion (End of Day)

Wrapping Up: With the site cleaned and the new fencing installed, we conclude another successful day of work. Job well done!
